Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your merchandise in its original packaging.
Ship the Package
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; ensure you keep your tracking receipt to monitor the return journey to our warehouse.
Receive Refund or Exchange
